If SFR is the way to go I think having a strong agent is key unless you have a great marketing apparatus but that may also take focus from writing offers and touring properties.

Having bad sinuses has worked to my advantage, but I put on a breathing apparatus I borrowed from my job, and surveyed inside.

Thought the "specialists" would have hazmat suits, breathing apparatus, etc.

The problem is the house looks awful. there's a derelict car at the end of the driveway, a stash of agricultural and miscellaneous tractor and equipment parts in a pile at the corner of the yard, a boat and his collection of high voltage electrical apparatus like a couple diesel generators, inverters, etc.

The full bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet--obviously) passes through the grinder apparatus before being discharged/pumped up towards grade and into the city's sanitary sewer line (Baltimore City utility).Not sure what the additional risk/liability/maintenance costs (etc.) are that I should be taking into account. 

The fact that Experian are expanding to specialist products for  the rental market is acknowledgement that the existing credit scoring apparatus doesn't adequately do the job.A person with bad credit is deemed to be a higher risk by a credit scoring model.

@Brie Schmidt I found the following under the Massachusetts general laws defining condos:''Common areas and facilities'' shall, except as otherwise provided or stipulated in the master deed, mean and include:—(1) The foundations, columns, girders, beams, supports, party walls, common walls, main walls, roofs, halls, corridors, lobbies, public stairs and stairways, fire escapes and entrances and exits of the building;(2) Installations of central services such as power, light, gas, hot and cold water, heating, refrigeration, air conditioning and incinerating;(3) The elevators, tanks, pumps, motors, fans, compressors, ducts, and in general all apparatus and installations existing for common use;

I am not looking to replicate yours, just get a better understand this aspect of automating as much as possible so i can build out my ”machine”.I am working both as a retail residential real estate agency, as well as wholesaling as part of my investment deal flow apparatus.
