The program is not what we had hoped for.

But if you can find the property which can qualify as rural, then you can finance.As an example, farm labor housing is multifamily and there are specific programs inside the USDA portfolio which target those types of properties.

So this program is between the property mgmt company and us, mostly. 

I'm curious as to what software programs and automation fellow agents are using to make their business more efficient.  

I’m attempting to go through the program as an owner occupant to get in with as little down as possible.

Have never heard of this program either.
