to conduct real estate exactly like a real estate agent or broker and get paid to bring two parties together. that requires a license in all 50 states.. but that would not sell GURU how to wholesale courses if the Guru's actually told you the laws

Account Closed I was actually told by my CoStar rep a few days ago that you can list property on CoStar at no additional charge, but the only extra charges are if you want to list it on LoopNet.

One of my buddies that works there (not my wife’s advisor) actually told me about Cozy.

Call back the people who you had to cancel as they may still be interested.In the past when that happened, we had a partial deposit and kept it (the applicant actually told us to keep it as it was last minute).
