I liked seeing what my colleagues were posting about on my dashboard. 

We use Key Data Dashboard, a superior analytics tool used by property managers, DMO's and similar organizations.

Left Main is an add-on to Salesforce that gives you many real estate related fields, reports, templates, dashboards, etc. 

We are still waiting on rent checks to be shown on the dashboard, there has been a rent dispute with the current tenant and the prior owner (not 365's fault but still has not been settled), and one other issue for something that needed to be patched up. 

I also like having my tenant vetting, lease agreements and rent collection all in one place on my dashboard through Baselane's partners.

It doesn't take long to make tiny adjustments on the dashboard.

It has really cool dashboards so you can see everything happening in your business.

You’ll want to do more than look at nightly rates, your most critical metric is actually occupancy rate, which the pay-for dashboards like AirDNA notoriously misrepresent.
