Where else can you brewery hop with your dogs, eat the best ever Thai food from within a hut placed amongst gardens and flowing fountains, catch a ghost sighting within the historical downtown then run out and ride a killer wave and probably be greeted by some dolphins while you're at it!

In this strip center we already have 2 restaurant tenants, 1 is a Thai curry and 1 is a Jinya ramen and both have been doing very well.
