A friend is looking for a buying agent to find a house in Culver City, Playa del Rey, South Bay and El Segundo and Culver City areas for her primary dwelling - not REI.

Gardena is close enough to commute to El Segundo or silicon beach which should help draw in more young professionals. 

When I was a kid, I lived in El Segundo across the street from LAX and I would never do that again, though I'm sure this could not be as bad.
