Put a bunch of boxes and crap in that newly converted storage closet.

If heat goes out in the winter we drop off several units, so they can be placed in different parts of the house - including every room with water like kitchen and bathrooms.We also have dehumidifiers, carpet blowers, shop vacs, puddle-sucker pumps, extra hoses, extra sump pumps with battery pack, squeegees, and portable AC units ready to deploy. 

I would love to add actual dressers but the rooms in most of the apartments are quite small so I am not sure how to resolve without getting closet systems.

But I wouldn’t use that portable unit. 

The only 110v dryers I see online are small portable units.

While there are some limits here (you don't need a pasta maker), asking about having a plunger in each bathroom closet is insane.

So, if you could get another dryer, maybe even two, and place them in a garage or closet I would work out how to do that asap! 

Large basement and attic space, new roof and some of the kitchen is already torn out from the current owner. one bedroom does have a closet that will need built. plumbing seems fine, maybe a couple angle stops to change.

There's bulk packs in our owner's closet that the cleaners can use to refresh supplies with or we just do a walmart.com order to resupply.We have gotten a number of positive comments in reviews on the pantry staples.
