Primarily, SEO hits their revenue (PPC), thus they have done everything possible in their algo to kill SEO (as per recent Penguin update) and promote youtube videos (G earns revenue from YT ads also) and PPC is always there.

Although with all of Google's updates since their Panda and Penguin update content truly is king.

Very sad about the Penguins maybe next year will be a cup year.I want to start out investing close to home (Western PA) but am open to investing in a larger area as I grow in knowledge and expertise.My next step is to read the ultimate beginner's guide and find the local real estate clubs.
