@Aimee Tarte the county should have a mailing address for the owner, because they need to send them the property tax bill, that is what you are looking for, it is sometimes the property address but not always.

At best you make a buck, but it can't scale and your money and time is often spent elsewhere--for now.Id think in ETJ or unincorporated areas its easier tos tart, i wouldn't even try in a city.
