And you will  know who Is real and who is not.. you will get paid along the way  NOT work for free that's normally a dead end you will have many who go to these IRA things and for those with little or no ability they just use you and spit you out.. there is no loyalty unless your bringing them killer deals..

The criminal justice system is insanely unfair and if you do give someone a break who has had a tough time, they may reward you with loyalty.

And there is a loyalty program after three paid off deals in good standards where rates/fees drop nicely to beat the 10-20% down programs.

For us it's allowed for knowing ahead of time their situation, understanding of building related matters that might arise, and loyalty in a way.

But if she stayed, I would be greatful for her loyalty.

This shows them that I have loyalty to my investors by presenting them my deals and I have already done the analysis on the deals.

Treat them with the respect you would expect from an employer, and you'll often receive consistent loyalty in return.To that point, be a good boss.
