Especially with some good marketing to get the word out on sites like HipCamp.  

I'm wanting to use Hipcamp, VRBO, and Airbnb. 

I am not sure if that would be able to work but it's something to think about.I would also check out hip camp as well.

I'm able to allow instant booking on both Airbnb and VRBO (and Hipcamp...I run glamping units).

Hey Stacy,Have you thought about trying hipcamp while you wait to find a use?

I will be renting out a room, probably AirBnBing the other room, as well as putting some of the property locations up for HipCamp and putting money into transitioning some of the outbuildings into tiny home dry cabins with compostable toilets to be able to rent them out and use the profits to save up to install actual plumbing down the road.
