West Sac has me confused,  it seems like the prices have run up a lot but when the new I Street and Broadway bridges are connecting it to downtown I could see another big bump.

Only thing I will say is this Sac has an established income population i.e. huge public sector base and then if you add Amazon Fulfillment Center & the growing private sector base etc.
