That's where having good team members in the area in needed plus I've already scoped out in person the areas I will be investing in so I have a decent idea on the different areas.My hope wit the general contractor is to include his bid with my property sale.

Or if she is denying entry, how about having a witness come with you and video record the tenant refusing entry?

IN GA I witnessed cronyism   as well.The more bidders the less likely the good ole boy network is in place...

@Jay Hinrichs do you think the fact that people can hop on a computer and go to zillow or the like and see their house is worth xyz has anything to do w/ it?
