They're more effective than motivational speakers haha. 

Some are pure networking and some have local or national speakers on a monthly basis.This can be of help; based on where you are during that day/evening and the topics.

They usually have wonderful speakers on different investment strategies and you will meet many other people with same interest.

I dont think its a bad idea to attend boot camps or trainings offered by national speakers as you usually get some materials and several days of training and the average cost I have seen them go for is from $999 - $3,000 on average. 

You all just made me realize how strong you will get hit back when you say something negative, Thanks for the advice , I really appreciate it, I edited my first response, as I feel most of the replies I got were due to the fact that I incorrectly formulated my post ( note: I'm not a native english speaker so sometimes the intent of the message is a bit different than is seems) I assure you all that I greatly appreciate all feedback , both negative and positive and I am not trying to offend anyone not even the least bit.

One of my favorite podcasts is #116 How To Quit Your Job Through Wholesaling, Flipping And Taking Action guess speaker Nasar Elarabi it's entertaining as well as informative.

I have never paid more than a few hundred dollars for any type of class, either because I wasn't motivated by the speaker, or didn't feel I could learn more from it.

Very interesting event lots of accredited investors and quality speakers.
