I am a total novice to real estate investing but know of the opportunities and what it can do for me and my family. 

I just have a bunch of basic novice questions about getting set up, bank accounts, bookkeeping and so on. 

I can understand why a lender would be hesitant to lend to a novice.

so happy you posted this, i am a novice I have 2 properties 1 in the weston Ranch area that barely seem to meet the rule. although the property was purchased at a great price (185k ) i have to many rental properties in the area with lower rents. im anxiously wanting another deal in stockton but i need to figure out how to make the numbers work

What most folks miss is that even if you could arrange for all the equity, who would guarantee the loan on a major commercial real estate project if you're a novice?

I am also new to the area and a self proclaimed semi-sorta novice to the flipping scene.
