Hey all !

After a few months of stalking ya'll's posts, blogs and experiences, I am more than excited and happy to introduce myself as a new member to bigger pockets. I am also new to the area and a self proclaimed semi-sorta novice to the flipping scene.   I have "flipped " most of my residential properties at a nice profit, mostly in part to being a super savvy negotiator at the time of purchase and having pretty decent fixer upper skills to understand what market conditions are, how to increase value and bring the best bang for the buck when renovating.   I have also had the opportunity, or LUCK so to speak  to have purchased property at auction and renovate and rent to awesome renters who afforded me a residual income while building equity in the property ~ Additionally the same renters offered to buy the property when I decided to sell it, therefore again, my luck, generating a nice $30K profit.  With that being said, I have always had a desire to flip and consider myself to have a basic understanding of the process.  I am currently residing in Denver, North Carolina on Lake Norman,  about 30 minutes of Charlotte.  Understanding Charlotte to be one of  the fastest emerging markets and seeing the explosion in growth on the west end of the lake, I am 100% confident in my dedication and competencies to start legit flipping. I know that the devil is in the details and the pre-work and due diligence are the most critical parts of the process, trust me I am not averse to hard work and research.  I am looking for a professional flipper that would be willing to spend some time, preferably in the Charlotte area, with me as a pay it forward.  I fully understand that in this business time is money, time is of the essence and your advice and mentor-ship is invaluable.  With this understood, I am looking for networking opportunities in which  I can learn perhaps attend an auction or two and give me the 101 on the area and a few experiences, good and bad~ not SPOON feed me. I appreciate ya'll's time in advance and am excited to be part of this community here on bigger pockets.
