Novice to BP, but owns 3 rental properties
Hi Guys! I am new to BP (awesome site btw) but I own three rental properties in southern California. A duplex, a fourplex and a condo that I self manage the condo and have a property manager for the other two. So much information that I am still trying to grasp it all. I have been listening to the podcasts and taking notes.
My first question that I have is I've owned these properties since 2009 and 2012 respectively. Two years ago I filed for an LLC in California and since then, I've been contacted by the city where I live, and the city where one of my properties are, that I need to file (and pay) for a city business license. is anyone familiar with that? I am going to be required to have a business license in every city where my properties are located at? Thanks in advance for the feedback.
Also would love to be in touch with southern california investors!
