We finished renovations on a 2 bedroom garden unit and have had a it listed for several weeks with only 4 showings!

We have a green rental with solar panels, efficient furnaces, good insulation, and garden space.

The only sections  of Home Depot that I would go to was the garden and grilling sections)  I'm sorry you're struggling right now, but look at it as a learning opportunity. 

Also, this same Airbnb guest attempted to put up a party tent in our tiny urban backyard/garden to host a graduation party for her daughter.

The site happens to be for Boise but it covers all of Ada County so it will work for Meridian, Eagle, Star and Garden City as well.

I use a hand pump garden sprayer because it's easier to apply the water. 

We gut renovated the entire 1st floor, the 2nd floor kitchen and bath and turned the basement into a Garden Unit.

I might try to market it with all of those Free Food Benefits.It might not rent for more, but it might be more popular with the right long term tenants.That's better than a garden, you don't have to do anything except gather the food every year.And if it's on Eden Street even better.Good Luck!
