i had my license a while ago and here is my experience with what you are asking-training and courses : there will be set times you need to show up at some of the training sessions. if you have another job, it may interfere-solid mentor - that means shared commission - at one brokerage, you will have to share half your commission with the mentor for your first 2 houses. and no, you don't trail behind the mentor on their deals--they assist you on your deals.

We work with multiple housing agencies in IL, GA, TN and have attended training sessions hosted by the agencies for our investors.  

I have always used property managers and over time developed a set of criteria for picking them, and a system for keeping them accountable.I don't get into day-to-day operations, but I basically groom each of my property managers to do the job for me in a way where I'm satisfied.

And his podcast is great and because of it I bought a membership to Flip2Freedom.Here's what I liked:- I thought his live bi-weekly webinars were great, he had a Q&A session where you could type a question and eventually he'd get to yours.
