I have an interesting question about Purchase/Sale agreement dates.I have my home for sale and the buyer (electronically) signed the agreement on April 15th and then sent it to me.  

The majority of that time in one way or another my they have had to do with the liquidation involving computers and electronics.

We have RE agents representing hedges here who will, on their own, send out purchase agreements on properties, get them under contract (with fakie electronic signatures), then try to peddle it to the hedge.

Gerald: Do you mean wired/wireless electronic locks or that nasty product line from Wieser?

Maybe it's a grudge, maybe he knows there is money or high-end electronics in the house, maybe the guy used to leave the door unlocked.

My iphone, other electronics, cosmetics and some clothing were damaged beyond repair.I informed my landlord of the damaged items the next day and he brushed it off.
