Hedge Funds respodning to My Ads

Hey Guys anyone worked with any Hedge Funds lately? I have a guy that responded to an ad i placed. He represents a hedge fund. I havent had great exepreiences with them. They will say they want to buy your property and at the 11th hour they flaked out.. At one time here in Hosuton; tey were pretty big. Curious to know recent feedback.. Thx

If they responded to CL type ad, I'm guessing it's another wholesaler, and not an actual rep of the hedge. But, they do buy a lot. We have RE agents representing hedges here who will, on their own, send out purchase agreements on properties, get them under contract (with fakie electronic signatures), then try to peddle it to the hedge.
