The QI pulls out a map to tell you how to avoid the next pot hole, and the realtor lets you know that some planters by the pot hole would give it much more curb appeal.Make sure when you're interviewing potential team members that you don't stray from their expertise.  

I would also suggest looking at similar properties managed by the less expensive company- what is the quality of the curb appeal and repairs in comparison?

Ask if you have to install curb, gutter, sidewalks, street signs, street lighting or any other special requirements.
