Keep in mind when you go to the tax office you will likely have to bump it up the chain of command as I seriously doubt someone at a low level has the authority or even the knowledge to deal with this.

Thereafter, the Underwriters engaged the services of McLarens Global Claims Services to inspect and photo-document the property; the Adjuster presumably submitted an investigative report to McLarens (“Report”) which was presumably passed up the chain of command to someone in the Underwriter’s office.On or about May 1, 2014, I received a certified letter from McLarens stating that the Claim was denied by the Underwriters.

@Michael Mastantuono as many have said on here if don't have absolute 1,000% command of everything then absolutely not, especially if listing broker is paying a buyers broker commission because it's putting self at risk for 0 gain, and really 0 reason.

My rentals aren't below $1k and given all markets differ, in this one, the range of $1300+ is one that commands a good tenant, all things being equal with good credit and a bank account.
