Stagger lease, units are in same 4plex

I have a 4plex and two of the tenants moved out at the same time. Currently I am putting in new flooring, painting, appliances, etc. in both of the units.

The question is should I stagger the ending lease dates when I rent them? One thought is doing a 6 month lease for one unit and a 1 year lease for the other unit. I don't like the thought of two units in the same 4plex ending in the same month. Maybe I am over thinking this.

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thank you.
