This property which is located where I currently live (Ohio), but my wife has gotten a job in Southeast Jacksonville as a elementary teacher and we are considering the move.I've done a little research about investing in Jacksonville and it appears it is much tougher then my home town which is a small town.I plan on keeping my rental property and I'll enlist a few people to perform property management.I'm finishing my Associates Degree in Business Management and will be starting my Bachelors soon.

A natural escarpment physically separates East Cleveland from Cleveland Heights, to the southeast.

As a REIA owner, investor and wholesaler in Southeast Louisiana, I have seen differently.

I am in Southeast Michigan.

He has not said what he will take for his modular home on 5 acres in southeast El Paso County (saying he doesn't want to "bid against himself"), but he has shown interest in working with us, having called and emailed a few times.
