Hello,

My name is David Behrendt, I’m a newbie from southeast Michigan (Belleville). I’m full time medical tech at the University of Michigan, cub scout leader, and part time construction worker. I’ve been working construction for the past 12 years. My goals are not to get rich quick but to obtain my freedom number. I’m interested in rental properties and flipping houses. I’m interested in making contacts with others doing these type of real estate dealings south and west of Detroit. I’m open to helping others on rehabbing also.
