We had no recollection of a foundation issue, so no, that was not addressed before though we've had steel beams put in by an engineer who assessed the structure of the entire property twice in different occasions and never made a mention of it, hence our lack of awareness for this particular line item in our old inspection report.

The problem is that right now homebuyers are bidding SFR in these areas out of cash flow on most occasions.

I have a couple friends who recently moved down there and within the first 2 weeks they have already been robbed and shot at (on separate occasions).

I'm in agreement with everyone else here.I used to drive down that area for over 6 years (still do on occasion). 

I have reached out to him on multiple occasions and he hasn't really responded.

From my research and discussions with them on two separate occasions (once when they first announced the lending program and again a month or so ago), they are very much for real. 

I never received rent late again, I even received it early on another occasion because the tenant told me he had something come up in his life.I would give them to the agreed upon time later today to pay the rent + the late fee.  

Occasion we will find a home that needs to be fixed.

I have on occasion pm'ed a colleague and asked them if they could reply to it which they graciously did, but for the most part I looked really hard around the net to find those answers instead of posting them here anymore.
