Verify they're a student (having a university email address with their name is a good indicator), find out what their major is (the harder the better), find out if they're in a frat/sorority/sports team and ask for a landlord reference if they lived somewhere else.

I would go to school (trade school or college) on student loans and work my butt off studying and working (Uber, Lyft,Waiting Tables, Reffing Sports) to keep my debt low but gain an education.

Look at your competition hotels, motels, etc. they all have cable.Like everyone is saying the price of TVs is very low so buy one, the only problem I could guess is losing the remotes.I would at least get basic cable you should be able to get at very low price news, weather, movies, stocks,sports .

Here in California,the new trend is to end higher priced homes prices with 888 instead of 999.That's because 888 is considered very lucky to Chinese and Korean investors buying million dollar properties.Agents also try to mention words like "Panda"and "Dragon" in the descriptions because they are signs of good fortune.
