No stain, No oils, No fumes.

Lots of sanding and staining of wood.From what I've seen so far it looks amazing from what it started out as.Has anyone seen this show.

I don't think it has any stain on it because the other house's floors are the same color.

From what I can see there is no active leaking, though there is staining that suggests leaks have occurred at some point(s) in the past.

Location stoughton ma 170 daly drive extHouse is almost done is roughly about 4500sqft 5-7 br 5.5 bathroom inground pool new hardwood floor and stain throughout the house only house on the neighborhood that is updated and only house with gas and granite countertop with inground pool and massive new deck wrappped around the whole house.

Last bath I tiled I used Fusion grout--no seal, no stain.  

You go in and it looks like a murder scene with the candle stains in the carpet that look like blood.I have sold some really rough buildings for clients before.

As this tenant has also been late with the rent twice before (but straightened up after fines and warnings) that the next time she would get a notice to vacate, not to mention she has been a princess for the past year AND has put a hole in the wall and stained the carpet, I'm tempted to invite her for a dose of reality elsewhere.

Pictures are not very good, but show wear and tear from 20-years' ownership - walls nicked and scuffed, doorways same, stair banister needs sanding and new stain at minimum, basement dark and unfinished.

My gut reaction is fix it, but get more labor bids and stain the concrete in that room instead of replacing the floor..
