Location stoughton ma 170 daly drive ext House is almost done is roughly about 4500sqft 5-7 br 5.5 bathroom inground pool new hardwood floor and stain throughout the house only house on the neighborhood that is updated and only house with gas and granite countertop with inground pool and massive new deck wrappped around the whole house. I was thinking 550k. What are your thoughts on here people am i to high on price or to low or just right in the middle?

Don't you have a realtor that can answer that question. What does your realtor say. Did you do the comps before you invested. You should have known the number before you made your first offer on the property.

Purchase price offer, repair costs, sale price all should have been known going in.
