Larry, thank you for your response.Do you think there are still many less experienced flippers or Pros, such as builders, contractors, etc., nationwide who can spot some attractive properties and have to look for partners to complete their projects, realize the profits and split them with the partner? 

Hello Larry:   Yes....I looked at some of the turnkey outfits also and they seem to be reasonable, however, most of these are out of town and I am uncomfortable owning a property remotely.

Larry Fried I have 2 single family rentals in my portfolio.I have been thinking about doing small multifamily in the future and would like to try my hand at a flip or 2 this year.
