Hi! Im Laurice Allen RE newbie from Chicago, IL. Im a FT Operations Manager for a non profit. I found bigger pockets when a friend sent me a link to a "How a newbie can start building wealth through real estate webinar. I always thought I had to have my brokers license to do REI but I know realize without it, I still have a plethora of options. My RE goals are to save up $ for a down payment to purchase my own multi-family property to hold that gives me positive monthly cash flow. I look forward to learning from others and making wise investment decisions.
