I've been really trying to find properties where numbers would work for me and I recently found a property that fits my finances, needs and dream of owning a multi-family property ( 2 homes) BUT...my realtor said it is a federal bankruptcy court sale, subject to overbid and court approval, an "as-is" sale without any warranties or disclosures.
