Phone Software and App

I'm looking for some phone software suggestions. It does not need to be especially robust, but I want it to include a phone app that seamlessly integrates with my phone for calls and texts. I need it to manage tenant calls and texts (I self manage) as well as receive leads from various marketing sources. I'll want several phone numbers to port into it.

I have previously used Google Voice, which works fairly well for a free service. But I think I may have graduated out of it, as it can't manage multiple numbers. I've just subscribed to RE Simpli, but it just doesn't have the functionality for tenant management. It's more for lead management. I'm trying to avoid having tons of different software but I might not be able to avoid it.

Would Call Rail or Ring Central do the phone stuff for me? What about any of the paid tenant management softwares like AppFolio or Buildium? I currently use Cozy.

Thanks for any suggestions you can provide.
