If you let one have a pet, you have to let them all have pets...I always recommend a strict No Pets Policy, along with a detailed, and written, Assistance Animal Policy to keep out those Tenants that are less than sincere about their needs.

I'd argue no.Of course, I'm going strictly by guessing, but I sincerely believe that most people could skip college, be pointed in the "right" direction, get a job immediately, begin their real estate journey, and come out ahead of most college graduates if they truly are only concerned about making money and real estate investing.
