Purchased a foreclosed property auction - owner deceased

Hello Friends,

I am new to this forum and somewhat new to purchasing foreclosed properties (2 years).  I recently purchased a property at a courthouse foreclosure auction in Maryland.  The property is vacant but I found out that the owner of the house deceased last year and the house of is full of their belongings including furniture. Most of it is trash but some may have some value.  There is also a car in the garage.

It is very sad and emotionally draining for me knowing the history and I am not sure what to do with all this stuff and the car.  Should I contact the local county or can I remove the stuff?  Can be donated?

My intention is to flip the house. The house is in fairly decent condition.

Any advise you can provide is greatly appreciated.
