In that case, you simply restrict showings so as not to unduly inconvenience the sellers.If you have pretended that you are yourself going to close on their property and are not, then what may very well happen is that the seller will figure out what is going on and let the realtors know that they are accepting backup offers, which is absolutely their right even while under contract.
