Shortly after high school I enlisted in the United States Coast Guard which took me to places all over the U.S, unfortunately it wasn't what I wanted to continue doing as a career and I knew I could do better outside of the Coast Guard, I decided to finish out my enlistment after 8 years of service to follow my desire to be an entrepreneur, I started working with my dad at his shop hoping to help him turn it around but unfortunately his drive to grow has decreased and I decided to work toward my life goal to be in real estate investing.

The way I see it is that someone that's willing to leave their home, family, friends, job, language, country and risk their life to come here, not knowing what they'll find, whether there'll be work, not knowing the language, but still believing that they'll make it happen - that's the mindset of an entrepreneur.

When you assign the Option to your wholesale buyer, you get paid now and the assignee (new Optionee) can exercise the option, sign the PSA as the buyer, and close the deal.Either way, ask the seller to sign a non-fiduciary disclose statement that he understands that you are a professional real estate investor/entrepreneur and that you intend to earn substantial profit by entering into real estate transactions with him.
