Wholesaling Morals

Hey Guys, So I am really ready to start amping up the marketing to start finding more leads. I'm very excited for this; however, I have a feeling in my gut that questions the integrity of wholesaling and want to know what everyone else thinks. You advertise to "Buy houses" and you're not the one who actually buys the houses... You market it to find a buyer who buys. If you told the seller this up front before they signed the contract, do you think it would kill the deal?

If the seller won't go for it, at least one of the following is true:

1.  The seller isn't motivated enough;

2.  You didn't instill enough confidence that you could get the deal done.

Focus on those two things, and you'll be fine...
