Cozy is a free service that allows a tenant to setup free online payments to their landlord.

The supply now for travelers is not confined to places only cities have zoned for hotel uses. 

I personally use Cozy, which allows tenants to opt into credit reporting and accepts credit card.

I'm looking at "Cozy" - website is cozy.coDoes anyone have any experience working with them, or just using online property management in general?

This is the 2nd time placing a tenant in our rental (1st tenant was more or less prearranged) and using Cozy for the application process which provided the financial info. 

At each meeting we:- Spent a few minutes getting to know them - Walked the apartment- Checked the toilets for leaks (I pay water)- Asked how they liked their neighbors- Asked if there were any current issues with the apartment - Discussed our non-negotiables: take care of the apartment, no smoking, no pets, and pay rent on time (those in leases were already bound to these items)- Explained our process for maintenance requests and our hours of operation - Explained their options for paying rent (Cozy or mailed check)We then followed up each meeting with an email containing a summary of what we discussed and any follow-up items (maintenance).

I have been using cozy for many years with great success.

I use Craigslist, Zillow, and Cozy.

They've stated that they would in fact provide it for the next buyer however they have a problem putting that in writing which doesn't make me feel to warm and cozy.
