For me at first it sounded overwhelming bc I didn’t feel it was my experience ( I’m a nurse ).Once I understood fully -the numbers , saw the big picture, realized I had value in process , meeting contractors , getting bids , networking , painting , brainstorming and it made sense more than me working as as a nurse ...I am now on board ;) Understanding the process from a women’s view , and understanding our roles and value we bring !!

I’ve started an accountability group to help men and women level up their real estate investing success while working a  W2 job.

They have a great women in real estate sub meeting as well.

Find a good handyman/women before things break.

More single individuals pursue homeownership today; especially women.

My understanding on this subject is limited but I've been researching land trusts after listening to speaker at the Womens Invest Club in OC on Wednesday.

There are many good "gurus" that are women, I love Wendy Patton as well as Robyn Thompson, but in Jax, I would reach out to @Lesley Resnick.
