Hi Team,I would appreciate some feedback on commissioning a Chattel Valuation in Little Rock Arkansas.

The basic stuff is that they know what needs to be reclassed, adjusting journal entries, reconciliation of bank accounts, AR, AP, general ledger, subledgers, CAM reconciliation, true-up for CAM and Real Estate Taxes, rent/cam/tax escalation, proper allocation of the invoices and receipts.
