There are a lot of companies around the nation that source property, demographic, bankruptcy, foreclosure and other data, like The Warren Group, LPS/Black Knight, Experian, Equifax, Axciom, First American, and COUNTLESS others including many smaller regional specialists that have built specific areas of expertise, and which offer great services at various price points, and with various areas of focus.Do companies buy from each other rather than do it all themselves when it is cost effective, and the data is usable - you bet.

I'm a mainstay there and yes their rep system is useful a bit flawed itself due to countless rep trading.But to be honest implementing that same system here would be more detrimental than the current system as I can see overuse of the rep system with constant rep trading unless there is a way to moderate that kind of system which unfortunately isn't the case over at bb.com

Back in 2008, before market meltdown, countless of investors acquired multiple properties (4 or more) in Florida at inflated prices only to be stuck with those same properties once the economy tanked and lending regulations changed.Like you pointed out in your original post, the key to acquisition and flip is location, location, location.
