Thereafter, the Underwriters engaged the services of McLarens Global Claims Services to inspect and photo-document the property; the Adjuster presumably submitted an investigative report to McLarens (“Report”) which was presumably passed up the chain of command to someone in the Underwriter’s office.On or about May 1, 2014, I received a certified letter from McLarens stating that the Claim was denied by the Underwriters.

AS your growing your portfolios I see this austerity plan working.. but I would say the biggest driver of young families is school districts at least were we live its not like the deep south were far more kids go to private academy's .. so school districts will command much higher prices if they score well. .

Market forces (enough housing available) should keep places that are at the bottom quality-wise at the bottom price-wise.I've been looking around at purchasing in Fresno and there are some pretty trashed places and under maintained buildings that owners think should command top market value.

I see really dated places for rent but they are sf and it makes sense to wait to renovate if you plan to sell later, even if rent commanded is less.
