Under capitalization, lack of knowledge, lack of experience, lack of a willingness or ability to learn new things, lack of work ethic, lack of vision and any number of a hundred or thousand reasons.But, one common trait that belongs to all of the truly successful is to know their strengths, weaknesses and limitations; know when to get help and how to leverage the efforts of employees and outside contractors.

However, I think you are currently suffering from myopic vision, seeing only the positive and not the negative.

From 2008-2010, successfully replaced over 2,000 computers to newer equipment.•Led the opening project for the installation and setup of over 350 computer devices and peripherals for the opening of the South Shore Cancer Center. •Managed all the technical aspect of “The Blade Personal Computer†a pilot trial which is an alternative to traditional PCs, maximizing the end user’s experience.•Implemented new database tracking system to evaluate current computer equipment inventory. •Developed new customer relationships and provide day-to- day support for existing end users.

He's not usually this unreasonable, but I think the visions of big dollar signs have taken him over.

I am trying to set up a better vision for my investing.  

A turd tenant won't matter in 5 years, but your mission, vision and purpose will. 

Understand this also relates to bigger picture vision. 2.

Our vision would be to carefully screen and select quality tenants and then to maintain the property well and provide a higher quality unit than others in the area.

I make the vision as terrible as I can (poverty, homelessness, divorce, shame, etc.).  

I now ask to speak to someone with good vision and talk them through the situation.
