Muskoka is more desolate with a lot of rich city people owning their own cottage, not as much of busy scene, you would have to really target your markets well.Lake Huron has some good citys nearby Kicnardine, south hampton.

You'll be on the scene so that makes it easier.

I have the support of my blue collar family that i could see myself getting into the flipping scene but im also open to rental properties as well.  

I'm in Laurel, MD so I've been getting into the Baltimore real estate investing scene as well.
