2- things the owner has to deal with , boarding up the property, making it safe, maybe even having to fence it off. these items cost money and a continual nightmare for the owner until it is sold or demoed!

If there is a same day test for both, please let me know.The demo materials that are trash generally I’ve seen crews utilize a dumpster or stack these materials outside, which was why I was shocked to see it all piled inside with water dripping on them, while the items we were salvaging for the remodel (the kitchen cabinets) were stored outside in the elements and got rained on.

You will also need a permit to demolish which comes with an associated inspection post demo.
