Is there a way of tackling these to ensure that a good deal is agreed to.I have seen one not too far from my town on zillow - and I understand that its a negotiation with the bank and the seller, but how could one be creative about such deals:Is it something that one could consider a percentage offering of the requested price, minus the potential rehab work required.

I did a word of mouth deal couple months ago and easier flip ever with only $3000 in quick rehab, and turned $23,000, and also did wholesale flip for $7000 on something I had under contract and decided it was too major for me to tackle with my full time W2 job.All in all, I see people willing to flip for $10,000-15000 and the safety with that margin makes me nervous considering how bad these properties are upon first glance.

I want to tackle replacing the water lines to the kitchen sink myself and have a couple of questions, how do I connect the new CPVC lines to the old galvanized lines at the point where I will be cutting out the old galvanized line?
