In the quest to find an "investor-friendly" brokerage that allows you to truly make your own schedule, work when you want, etc. without the monthly fees and transaction fees, I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better option. 

I don't expect to change how I operate simply because I have my broker's license and have a new brand...the benefit of property management is it's incredibly low-margin so I offer the service as part of my agent services rather than my seeking to aggressively increase the number property management of clients.If you are interested in investing in Toledo, you will be hard pressed to find an adviser with more experience than I can offer.

Actually it will stock other vendors to press maximum increases to defend over fears of "do it now or loose it" because there COG's keep going up. 

A lot of the discussion is just noise...and the true implication of the failures has received little press...which is the possibility of much tighter credit going forward and that impact on the economy.Feel free to share your thoughts.

@Rohit Kumar I'd recommend chatting with a few local hard money lenders since you will be very hard-pressed to find anything under $100k in the metro.

They aren't cheap but your tenants would love being able to see who is pressing their doorbell.
