Looking for Doorbell Options for a Quadplex

I have a class-c quadplex that had hard wired doorbells many years ago. I want to install a wireless doorbell for each unit. The only ones I see are the ones that plug into outlets which seems like it is easy to mess with. Does anyone know of battery powered ones? Would especially like one item that has four buttons.

"Ring" doorbells use the hard wiring from previous normal electric doorbells to provide wireless internet connectivity to the built in camera. If you have the standard low voltage running to where the buttons are, you could use these if the buttons are in wifi range. They aren't cheap but your tenants would love being able to see who is pressing their doorbell.
